Now here’s something really unique, this is vermouth but not as you know it!
Made using the Albarino must juice and then distilled using various herbs such as mint, thyme, green pedron peppers, lemon balm, rosemary and sage. The result is a deliciously herbaceous drink that has a semi-sweet finish thanks to the addition of white flowers and orange peels during production.
Serve with Fever Tree or enjoy as an aperitif on it’s own (the latter, we would highly recommend!).
