A delicious, high-quality spiced rum from Richard Seale’s Foursquare distillery on Barbados, home of Doorly’s and St. Nicholas Abbey. Butterscotch, green tea and honey on the nose followed by almonds, candied orange peel, ginger and clove. On the palate there are notes of rich barley sugar before notes of dry spice: cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. The finish is soft with spice and barley sugar which slowly fades.
