The finest Rocky Mountains Blackberries are harvested beginning in late July, juiced and blended with our small batch whiskey. We then place the spirit into used bourbon barrels for further maturation, allowing the intense blackberry flavours to marry with the whiskey. Maturation allows the slightly tart flavours of the blackberries to fade into the background as the oak, vanilla and raisin finish of our whiskey pushes to the fore. This is the very essence of a Rocky Mountain Blackberry.
A delicious American liqueur, this is flavoured with blackberries from Rocky Mountains which are harvested towards the end of Summer. The blend of small batch whiskey and blackberry juice is matured in used bourbon barrels. Each bottle is hand numbered.
