Intense ripe citrus, fresh and zippy tropical fruit with a lingering finish. Perfectly balanced and textured.
Grapes come from selected small parcels in the southern Waihopai Valley ridge, harvested at different times and vinified separately. In the winery, cool fermentation is used to retain the freshness of the wine and lees ageing adds texture and flavour.
The coastal influences along the east coast of the Marlborough are very relevant to the wines produced in the region. The design features a nautical map of the ‘Marlborough Sounds’.
